The best ticket resale sites, compared

There is no single best ticket resale site. The same seats can cost more on one site today and less tomorrow, and the big sites differ more in how they show fees and what they promise when something goes wrong than in what they sell. Here is how they compare on what their own terms say, what our daily price checks show for the marketplaces we compare, and how to pick for a specific event.

What our daily price checks show

Every day we record the lowest fees-included price that HelloTickets, TicketNetwork and Ticket Squeeze quote for each upcoming event. Across the 4,997 events where at least two of them had one (Nov 2, 2026):

  • HelloTickets was lowest for 74% of the events it listed
  • TicketNetwork for 26%

Even the site that wins most often loses on a large share of events, and the gap between the lowest and the next price is often meaningful. The head-to-head table, with typical gaps and the split by category, is on which ticket site is cheapest.

All three pay us a commission; the share each wins is counted the same way for all of them and never changes their order on our pages.

How to choose a resale site for one event

  1. Total price for the same section and number of tickets, at the step where every mandatory fee shows (how fees work).
  2. Protection: replacement or refund if tickets don’t arrive or don’t scan, and whether a canceled event means cash or credit (what to check).
  3. Delivery: the method (mobile transfer, app, will-call) and the date the listing promises.
  4. The event’s own rules: some allow resale only through the official exchange.

For a sold-out show, start with the official routes in how to get tickets to a sold-out concert.

What TixInfo compares, and what it doesn’t

Our event pages show the prices of HelloTickets, TicketNetwork and Ticket Squeeze for the same event, side by side, each labeled with whether fees are included, plus the daily price history we recorded. All three pay us a commission when you buy through our links; the order is by price, never by commission. We do not show StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, TickPick or Gametime prices: check them directly if you want the widest comparison.

Search for your event to see the three side by side.

Search once: every partner marketplace’s price for the date, fees labeled, and the price history we recorded.

Sources and method

Price shares: every upcoming event where at least two of the marketplaces we compare quoted a fees-included price, checked Nov 2, 2026 (4,997 events). Only prices that include fees count: a Ticket Squeeze feed price without fees (its own site asked a median 7.6% more) is left out rather than estimated. Full table on which ticket site is cheapest. We do not collect StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, TickPick or Gametime prices, so this guide makes no price claim about them.

Marketplace terms and rules below were read on their own sites on . Terms change, and many depend on the event and the seller: check the version on the site before you buy.
