The fine print, made large
Fair question — it's the one we'd ask. TixInfo earns a referral commission from partner marketplaces when you buy through our links. That's the whole business model, and it only works long-term if you come back, which only happens if the cheapest ticket really is at the top. Here is that incentive structure written down, so you can hold us to it.
That last point is the core of it: our commission only exists if you complete a purchase, and you complete purchases where prices are honest and low. Sending you somewhere expensive would be lighting our own business on fire.
Cheapest first is a rule, not a suggestion
When live prices are shown, rows sort by price, ascending. A partner cannot pay to move up. If a marketplace ever appears in a featured position, it is labeled as such — never disguised as a ranking.
Fee basis on every price
Each row says whether its price includes fees or whether fees are added at checkout. We will never present a sticker price as a final price.
Only real partners on the board
Every marketplace listed is an official partner we link directly into. We don't pad the comparison with sites we can't actually take you to.
The tape doesn't lie
Price history is recorded once a day from live marketplace floors and never edited. If a price looks wrong, tell us — we'd rather fix the pipeline than look clever.
No dark patterns
No countdown timers. No "only 2 left!" we can't verify. No fake viewer counts. No pre-ticked boxes. The industry runs on manufactured panic; we run on information.
Your data stays boring
No account required, no selling of personal data, analytics kept minimal. We make money when you find a good ticket, not by harvesting you.
Caught us breaking one of these?
Wrong price, misleading label, a partner row that shouldn't be there — report it and we'll investigate the pipeline, not the complaint. The price record and this page exist so you never have to take our word for anything.
