You buy on the marketplace itself, under its own terms. Ticket Squeeze’s own site advertises a 100% money-back guarantee and says its tickets are authentic and arrive before your event. We have not tested these promises. HelloTickets’ terms provide a refund if the event is canceled for good and, if the seller cannot deliver, similar or better tickets for the same event or a full refund.
